Soul For Life

Preventative Health Through Movement

Too many people are reaching older age without the physical capacity to live independently. That is not inevitable.Soul for Life exists so that cost is never the reason someone misses out. We fund access to qualified movement programs in regional communities, so a class is free to the participant, regardless of income or circumstance. Our focus is regional NSW, where services are leaner and the health impact of inactivity, chronic disease, and isolation is greater.Soul for Life Ltd was incorporated in 2024. Governance is established, the delivery model is documented, and our first programs are designed and ready to activate. We are currently building the funding and partnership infrastructure to open the door.We are seeking grant partners, auspicing relationships, and aligned organisations who want to help make that happen.

What We Do

Soul for Life funds access to qualified movement programs already operating in regional communities, removing cost as the barrier between older adults and the classes that keep them independent, connected, and well.

Who We Work With

GPs and Allied Health Professionals
Refer patients who would benefit from structured, supported movement. We work to keep access open regardless of financial circumstance.
Exercise Professionals in Regional Communities
If you are already delivering meaningful work for older adults or clinical populations, Soul for Life is being built to help strengthen and fund that work.
Community Venues
Local venues hold trust, familiarity, and access. We partner with spaces that can support community-based delivery.
Funders and Grant Bodies
Every dollar helps remove the cost barrier to movement in communities where the need is high and services are limited.

Founder

Soul for Life was built from lived experience. After 20 years in senior roles at some of the world's largest technology companies, I left a corporate career and rebuilt my life through movement. I came to fitness late, navigated injury, and discovered firsthand what movement can restore: not just physical capacity, but confidence, connection, and independence. That experience shaped Soul for Life.I am a certified group fitness instructor and AUSactive registered professional, currently completing Polestar Pilates educator training. In 2026 I was nominated for AUSactive Student of the Year, named Vocational Student of the Year for Illawarra and South East NSW at the NSW Training Awards, and am a current state finalist.Soul for Life was built on a simple observation: exceptional practitioners are already changing lives in regional communities. What is missing is the funding infrastructure to keep the door open to everyone.Read my story — UOW College Australia
